Health is very important for women, as they do not look pretty without good health. In modern times skinny women are not much liked by men, so such women are unattractive for men. On the other hand, women who suffer from obesity are also considered unattractive. Hence women need a fit and fine physique that is possible only with a balanced diet. A proper intake of fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best solutions to secure good health. It is therefore essential to be particular about ones diet.
As per health reports, infertility, overweight, breast cancer are some of the common problems of women these days. The most serious issue for women is breast cancer and this is still a big problem remaining unresolved. But the doctors are doing lot of research and trying to find out a reliable solution for this problem. Another most common health problem among women is being overweight, which is a result of food intake that is rich in carbohydrates. Hence avoid fatty food items to control obesity, which leads to other serious problems such as blood pressure, asthma and heart & lung diseases.
Women need to undertake exercises such as jogging, running, yoga, weight lifting and other forms of exercises to stay healthy and wealthy. Most of the women these days are the victim of depression, stress and frustration because of a hectic and monotonous life; the best therapy for them is a good mix of multiple exercises along with natural diets.
