Cookware
Cookware is an integral part of your home. It refers to all the items commonly used in a kitchen such as stoves, frying fan, vessels, ovens, boilers, kettle, pressure cookers, roasting pan, saucepans, griddles, egg poachers, ladles, tongs, skimmers, brushes, forks and mashers. The cooking items are made of various materials like copper, metal, aluminum steel and wood.
Copper cookware
It is said that the items made of copper heats the food evenly and keeps it warm and fresh for a long time. These days, most of copper made cooking devices comes with a steel coating, for they tend to produce toxic salts. The copper cookwares are usually heavy and expensive.
Metal
Metal is considered one of the best conductors of heat. Cooking devices made of metals give you a good experience of cooking. They are very much popular in households because of their high performance and long durability.
Aluminum
This is also a good conductor of heat. It is believed that the aluminum cookware distributes the heat evenly to give you delicious food. After the food is made, there are no hot spots in the aluminum utensils. In addition aluminum products are lightweight.
Stainless steel cookware
Stainless steel cookwares are also very popular in households. They are smooth, hard, scratch-resistant and highly durable. Stainless steel-made cooking utensils are covered with a film of chromium and nickel that protects the surface from rust, corrosion, cracking and chipping.
Some cooking utensils are made of wood, but they are not used much in these times of technology. The use of such products is limited to various rural parts of India and other Asian countries.
